uses a secure online shopping cart for your orders.
We respect your privacy and assure you that all of your
information will remain confidential. We do not give,
trade or sell your personal information to anyone.
If you would like to purchase our Costume Care Products,
please click on the "Add To Cart" button located
on the Products page of our website. Please select your State for sales taxes
required and click on "Recalculate".
Taxable Texas residents are required to pay a state
sales tax on the products purchased "plus" sales tax on
the shipping and handling charges.
Non-Profit Organizations-please mail, email or fax a copy of our completed tax exempt form to: (click here for Tax Exempt Form-you may copy and paste form to a blank page in MS to fill out and email) RG Pearl Tutu & Costume Care or FAX to: 361-991-9646 1001 Burkshire Drive (My fax machine will respond to Corpus Christi, TX 78412 yours after my message.) SPECIAL REQUESTS OR COMMENTS If you would like to include any special requests, instructions or comments with your order, please enter it in the box marked "Special Requests". We would also appreciate your rating of our products and any comments you wish to share with other customers. This may be done on the Product page by clicking on "more information", then on "Read Review" or "Write Review". PERSONAL CUSTOMER INFORMATION To protect our customers from identity theft, we do not save credit card information, nor do we sell any personal information to other sources. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY Our shipping is calculated by weight and location. We use Priority Mail, FedEx Ground or UPS Ground. We use the cheapest carrier for your savings in shipping. FedEx Ground has been providing us with the best rates. We also purchase postage online for additional savings to you. With rates fluctuating in the last months, it is almost impossible to provide our customers with a standardized Shipping Rate Chart at this time. Rest assured, we are very careful when choosing a carrier for you. Ground Shipping is 4 - 7 days after actual shipment is made. Priority Mail Shipment is available at your request.-Please state your request for Priority Mail Shipment in the "Special Request" box on the Cart page. RETURNS If your are not completely satisfied with our products, please return the items you wish to return, plus a copy of your receipt with "Return" written by the items you wish to return and your signature underneath the list of items purchased. We would also appreciate a quick note telling us of your reason to return the items. Your method of payment will promptly be credited for the amount. Return shipping cost will have to be paid by purchaser. WARRANTY We warrant our costume storage products will last for many years with proper care and usage.
