If your are not completely satisfied with our products, please return the items you wish to return, plus a copy of your receipt with "Return" written by the items you wish to return and your signature underneath the list of items purchased. We would also appreciate a quick note telling us of your reason to return the items. Your method of payment will promptly be credited for the amount. We warrant our costume storage products that will last for many years with proper care and usage. All other products are considered as "consumables" and do not merit warranty.
